TI CALCULATORS
Texas Instruments graphing calculators are still requirements in a lot of schools. If you've played around with them for more then a few minutes, you will have noticed that you can write programs on them. I've always found this a cool concept, the idea of putting the functionality of a computer on to a thing you do maths with.
Now, my high school required the use of a TI-83, TI-84 or a TI-84 Plus. I went with the TI-84 Plus, since it has the most functionality and memory of the three.
Nowadays, there are machines like the TI-Nspire CE, which are pretty much smartphones with buttons. They're capable of displaying pictures in high quality (well, relatively speaking of course) aaaand... it uses a different programming language than the three aforementioned calculators. Bummer.

The language I coded my games in is TI-Basic which is a variation on, you guessed it, BASIC. All games you download here are in the .8xp format, so if you connect a link cable you can just drag and drop the game from your computer to your calculator.
SNEK
Snek is one of the first games I programmed. And yes, I know "snek" isn't the correct spelling, but it's a reference to a CarlSagan42 stream.
Anyways, this is a cool variation on the original Snake. The edges wrap, because else you just die too quickly. When you do eventually die, your five best scores show up on screen.

One of the best aspects of this game is tha saving function. When you stop playing and save your scores, you can recall them later on.

All in all, a pretty good Snake clone, less then a kilobyte in size.
